يتم اعتماد الطلب بعد إتمام عملية الدفع بنجاح. في حال وجود خطأ في بيانات الطلب أو عدم توفر المنتج، يحق لتريك ماركت التواصل مع العميل لتعديل الطلب أو إلغائه مع إعادة المبلغ حسب طريقة الدفع المستخدمة.
Orders are confirmed after successful payment. If there is an error in order details or the product is unavailable, Treek Market reserves the right to contact the customer to modify or cancel the order with a refund according to the payment method used.
5. الشحن والتوصيل

يتم تجهيز الطلبات وشحنها حسب المدينة وطبيعة المنتجات المطلوبة. مدة التوصيل تقديرية وقد تتأثر بعوامل خارجة عن إرادتنا مثل شركات الشحن، العطل الرسمية، أو الظروف التشغيلية. يجب على العميل التأكد من صحة عنوان التوصيل ورقم الجوال قبل إتمام الطلب.
Orders are prepared and shipped based on the city and product type. Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by factors beyond our control such as shipping companies, public holidays, or operational conditions. Customers must verify delivery address and phone number before completing the order.
6. الاستبدال والاسترجاع

يمكن قبول طلبات الاستبدال أو الاسترجاع وفق سياسة تريك ماركت، بشرط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم وبحالته الأصلية وبالتغليف الأصلي. المنتجات المخصصة أو المطبوعة حسب طلب العميل لا يمكن استرجاعها أو استبدالها إلا في حال وجود خطأ من تريك ماركت أو عيب مصنعي واضح.
Return or exchange requests may be accepted according to Treek Market's policy, provided the product is unused, in its original condition and original packaging. Custom or printed products cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is an error by Treek Market or a clear manufacturing defect.

عند طلب منتجات مخصصة أو مطبوعة بشعار العميل، يتحمل العميل مسؤولية التأكد من صحة الملفات، المقاسات، الألوان، والمحتوى قبل اعتماد الإنتاج. بعد اعتماد التصميم أو بدء الإنتاج، لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب أو تعديله إلا بموافقة تريك ماركت.
When ordering custom or logo-printed products, the customer is responsible for verifying file accuracy, dimensions, colors, and content before approving production. Once the design is approved or production has begun, the order cannot be cancelled or modified without Treek Market's consent.

The customer is required to provide accurate information when placing an order, including name, phone number, address, and email. The customer also commits to using products appropriately according to their nature and commercial use.
